Usage data

We record a view count when an article is read. No personally identifiable information is stored alongside this count.

Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies required for the site to function (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To send you the Explorer Live newsletter (only if you subscribed)
• To improve site content based on aggregate, anonymised read counts

Affiliate links

Some travel deals on Explorer Live contain affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking an affiliate link does not share any of your data with us.

Data retention

Newsletter subscriber records are retained for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your record is marked inactive. You may request full deletion at any time by emailing us at hello@explorerlive.com.

Third-party services

Explorer Live uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — image storage. Images are served from Supabase’s CDN.
• Vercel — frontend hosting. Vercel may log request metadata per their own privacy policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Explorer Live after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
